Frequently Asked Questions
Permanent makeup are treatments that replicate perfectly applied conventional makeup. This is commonly done on the brows, lash line, lips, and hairline. The treatments consist of cosmetic pigments inserted into the dermis layer of skin.
Microblading is a process where fine lines are scratched into the surface of the skin, and pigment is embedded. The strokes accurately replicate hair (as in a brow or hairline).
Results can last from six to 18 months depending on factors such as color of pigment, skin type, and lifestyle. Occasionally, touch ups can be done to refresh results. When done correctly treatments will fade away over time naturally and they should not change color.
Henna is a flowering plant used as a natural alternative to traditional eyebrow color. It may stain the skin up to one week and the hair up to 4 weeks. We use Elleebana products on all of our henna brows.
Threading is a 5 to 15 minute process that lasts anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. As always though, it is highly dependent on your natural hair growth.
